At HorseClass we use two systems to deliver you the best experience in our program. If you provided the incorrect email when you joined your program, we can easily fix it!

Making sure we have the right email on file ensures that all the program correspondence is sent to the correct email inbox.

In the course portal system, you can change your email address by following the steps outlined in the video below

  • Navigate to your settings in the upper right-hand corner
  • Change your email in the email section
  • Click Save

The second system, we have to edit your email on our end and it is very important that we update your email address on our end, so make sure you send your preferred email to support@horseclass.com.
