I just bought a course, but I don't have access, help!

When you go to log in, use the password that was sent to you and the email address you provided at checkout. 

Upon logging in, you should see your 'Course Library' that has a list of all the programs you currently own.

If you already own a HorseClass course and have purchased another course you will login using the same email and password that you do for your other courses. If the course you have purchased isn't in your library, please contact us at support@horseclass.com.

Occasionally, our system doesn't add new courses to your library if you already own other courses. If this happens, please reach out to us at support@horseclass.com. If you already own a course, but you signed up for a new course under a different email the accounts can be merged just contact us at Support!
